Does this work with my Shopify store?+
Clipmerce connects to any Shopify store running on the standard Admin API. If you're on Shopify Basic, Shopify, Advanced, or Plus — you're compatible. Shopify Starter plan does not include Admin API access; contact us if you're unsure.
Will the videos actually look professional?+
Each video is generated by RunwayML Gen-3 Alpha — the same AI model used by commercial studios and creative agencies. The output is a vertical 768×1280 clip, optimised for TikTok's portrait feed. If a video doesn't meet your standard, regenerate it in one click from your dashboard.
Do I need an existing TikTok account?+
Yes. You'll need an active TikTok account to connect. We post on your behalf using TikTok's official Content Posting API — meaning your posts appear natively on your profile, not as third-party content. If you don't have an account yet, creating one takes under 2 minutes before setup.
Can I review videos before they go live?+
You can pause your schedule at any time from the dashboard. If you want to review every video before it publishes, use the queue view to inspect, remove, or reorder upcoming posts. Full autonomy is the default — but full control is always available.
What if I don't have enough products for daily posts?+

What access do you need to my Shopify store?+
Read-only product access. We import your product titles, descriptions, and images — nothing else. We cannot read orders, customer data, payment information, or inventory. Your Shopify store credentials are never stored; we use OAuth tokens that you can revoke from your Shopify admin at any time.
